Ann’s classes sync with the seasons, warming up the body according to the current environment. Whether it’s contemporary Pilates mixed with Yoga, or contemporary Yoga mixed with Pilates, Ann’s wisdom, humor and experience makes each class both challenging and accessible. Props are incorporated in class to deepen our movement practice. Yoga classes are suitable for all levels!
