Pilates Mat 40 Min
Deepen your skills, improve your flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being with Yoga and Pilates. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Ann’s Pilates mat classes emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance (super important as we age gracefully). A sequence of 7-10 exercises is practiced at least twice each class to promote mastery. Props like foam rollers, balls, rings, and bands will be used to enhance your mind-body connection and take it up a notch. This class will stretch you, strengthening you, and give you a sense of tallness as you walk out into the world. 80% Core Strengthening 20% Stretching. Pilates Mat classes are suitable for all levels!
