Mat Pilates (40 min)
Build strength from the inside out. This focused mat practice emphasizes proper alignment, core stability, and the balanced muscle development essential for aging with grace. We'll work through 7-10 carefully selected exercises, repeating sequences to build mastery and neuromuscular awareness. Expect to use props—foam rollers, balls, rings, and bands—to deepen your mind-body connection and challenge your practice. You'll leave feeling taller, stronger, and more integrated. 80% core strengthening, 20% stretching. All levels welcome.
-
Yoga (60 min)
A foundational practice blending breath, movement, and mindful awareness. This class guides you through traditional poses with attention to alignment and mobility, creating space in the body while cultivating presence. Suitable for all levels—modifications offered to meet you wherever you are in your practice. Leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.
-
Yoga-Pilates (60 min)
A thoughtfully blended practice that honors multiple traditions. We begin in silence, settling the mind before moving into a flowing sequence of Hatha-inspired poses drawn from Iyengar, Bikram, and Kundalini lineages. The practice builds strength and creates openness through the body, then incorporates Pilates principles to refine alignment and activate deep core support. Props including blocks, straps, and foam rollers support your exploration. Suitable for all levels.
-
Yoga Foam Roller (60 min)
Myofascial release meets mindful movement. After centering with meditation and warming the body through foundational poses, we integrate the foam roller to target key areas—feet, IT bands, thoracic spine, glutes, and more. This practice increases range of motion, enhances circulation, reduces pain and stiffness, promotes tissue hydration, eliminates metabolic waste, improves nerve conductivity, and releases trigger points. A restorative yet powerful way to care for your body.
-
Yoga TuneUp (60 min)
An exploratory practice combining yoga's stretching and strengthening with targeted self-massage. We open with meditation to settle the nervous system, warm up through accessible poses, then use YogaTuneUp balls to release specific areas—lower back, upper back, feet, hands, arms, or full-body fascial work. Each class focuses on a different region, inviting you to discover where you hold tension and how to create space. This is bodywork that's both playful and profound—expect breakthroughs and serious release.
